Biography
Andrew Bach (1886 - Nürnberg - 1963) Nuremberg Impressionist, a student of Heinrich von Reins. Apprenticeship as a lithographer. 1901-1907 attending evening classes at the School of Applied Arts in Nuremberg Henry Heim. 1909-1914 Studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich under Angelo Jank and Henry of reins. From 1918 free lance artist in Nuremberg. Founding member of the artist group 'The Hut'. Exhibitions in Dresden, Leipzig, Chemnitz, Fuerth, Erlangen, Bamberg, Coburg, Würzburg, Heidelberg, Nuremberg, Budapest, 1929, Copenhagen 1930th 1961 special exhibition gallery in the Franconian Nuremberg. Honorary Member of the Society of Friends reins, surplus a / Rh. Numerous paintings owned by the city of Nuremberg, publications: including Velhagen u. Klasing Monatshefte The Image (1935), La Revue Modern (1929), Henry of the reins and Wörther School of Painting by Dr. W. Steigelmann. Literature: Vollmer, Volume 1, General.
